I have been on a sourdough journey for well over two months no starter I ever did I must’ve done right cause it’s never worked. I bought yours and I fed it and once it reconstituted it rises every time it’s so active. It ain’t even funny and it was still trial and error not with the starter, but I think maybe I was mixing it wrong not enough bulk fermentation and then by the time I got to the fridge I Lowe’s just turned out dense but today, April 2 I think I finally got it. I appreciate you.

Eve dehydrated started was just what I needed to finally make a beautiful loaf!! I had starter from a friend and made 5 loaves but I could’ve never make a decent one. Finally, not only is my loaf with Eve, it’s absolutely PERFECT

Eve has been amazing!! I tried so long to start my own started but could never get a good rise. The second i started using eve i saw an insane difference. Highly recommend!!
